haunted ;
im glad we're all still surviving, n tt we're there supporting one another. it has been a rocky road, esp for s01. so many things have happened.. so many tears shed, so much stress faced. i just read puiyeng's blog abt the day when the 3 of us cried. was realli v touched.. ya ah it din occur to me tt it was such a different side of zhiming tt he was showing. guess im not sensitive or appreciative enough. hai.
but yeah i wanna thank my lion dance ppl too. thanks for all these times of training n performances together. the 7 of us, now 8.. have stuck through together (ok most of the time).. n i realli love it. cos the feeling of the team spirit just feels v good. ya even though we're a small team wif uh no outstanding achievements. but im proud to say tt we've achieved a lot as a team.
today was a hectic n tiring day of lion dance performances. we met at 645am. first was at the opening of JJ Afinity. haha uh ok quite short. just a bit of screw up cos of the changes n impromptu-ness. performance in the hall.. haha funny la i had to give out the oranges to GOH n principal n vp. den yayy collect red packet. den on stage.. rarr cant believe we still screwed up cos itz supp to b our most prepared performance for the day. haha i screwed up at the most obvious part. ah i still suck in playin the cymbals. thanks to tommy n some other ppl for cheering so loudly =) =)
ah had some time to slack aft tt. i was still stoning at the canteen aft the performance. den 2 girls walked past.. den heard them commenting tt our lion dance performance was v nice. wahh i was super happy haha. yay. aft tt we lao-ed yusheng at the concourse. wushu n ld ppl, n our 3 tchrs. den heard tt we had a whole table of food reserved for the lion dance ppl at the buffet in the canteen. we chionged there, took 2 whole trays n sat at the tables to eat together. the food wad damn good la. yayy. sushi! n my favv desserts. choc eclairs, mango pudding, cheesecake, apple pie, some lemon pie thing, n a lot a lot other stuff. yayy super nice. eat until damn full haha.
slacked summore den moved off to woodgrove sec for our next performance. their sch super nice la. uniform damn chio. itz the sailormoon 1 haha so nice la. we waited so long for our performance la. i was so sleepy n bored. finally we performed. n it sucked. haha. the lion was damn nice. cos the 2 guys frm cizhonghui helped us perform. n it wasntn zhiming who was playin the drum.. summore it was played backstage so we cldnt look. plus itz totalli impromptu n different.. so yah we just anyhow play lo hahhaha. im so infatuated wif the lion!! i think itz super cute la. esp cos it can wag its tail, move its ears n blink! haha. den we proceeded down to their NE corner for a short performance.. n den to their general office. wah itz super nice la. the opening is round de. looks like a spacecraft. hm onli we had 6 ppl playin cymbals but onli 3 went in. ah so cool la but din get to go in. hahaha but itz damn amusing to watch frm outside. the staff there were like so amused wif the lion la. like the lion just flap its ear den they will squeal n laugh in amusement. den jinjie so ke lian la his butt got molested a few times hahaha. the caiqing part was funny too. the lion spat out the vegetables onto the principal n she screamed hahaa. so cool la she was a hod in jj.. den became a principal in woodgrove.
so yupp tt ended our performances. at the end when we took a grp foto. dunno y shifu asked us changed over.. he wanted the girls in the lions to pose for the foto. so orh ok i was the lion butt lo. waaa den suddenly he asked to qi shi n bai again o.O i dun even noe anything la hahaha. omg so scary. but ya quite cool. was super super tired aft tt. playin the cymbals is actualli already v tiring. moving the super heavy props, instruments n lions r worse. down the lorry.. up the stairs.. on the stage.. down again n up the lorry.. wa super sian 1 lo. haha but yayyy we did it! collect angbao of exactly 400 bucks in total. woodgrove sec v generous la. as compared to our sch haha. but yea cos we're guests there mah. doesnt matter. yupp it was a v good experience.
at 1st i thot phew finally end of all lion n dragon dance performances. but no!! omg first 15 days of the 1st lunar month.. which means the 2 wks.. wa everyday haf sia. shifu asked us to go for 3 days. hafta perform lehh o.O dragon dance again. den there's caiqing in sch for the canteen stalls too.
n im so relieved tt cny is finally here. yupp finally a long break. yayy. but i hafnt done any spring cleaning yet oops.
hai anw im quite sad tt ginza plaza is gonna close =( i feel quite attached to it leh haha. esp to Zindo the toast n laksa shop there. hehh our favv breakfast. esp during the wkends.
ah itz past 12 alr. dunno if i shd go slp or blog more haha. dunno la.
